After much consideration, I have decided to not allow just anyone in the general public/members group to access the features of this site. This is the area that will be used to "Verify" newly registered members. So many people out there are using pirated software, I do not wish to continue to allow those users the same access and free mods that legitimate licensed users should have. Due to this IBMafia will require "Proof Of Ownership" of your IPB license. Your license status has no effect on this verification, once you are verified, you will have access to the Tutorials, Ticket System, Support Forums and Downloads. I do not care if you have an active support license, all I care is that you do own a license. There are no time restrictions on this, once you have been verified, you will not have to do it again and will not be asked again unless we have ample reason to believe that you showed some sort of false verification to attain access. I am tired of giving support to people who think it is okay to run a nulled IPB site.
Due to the number of fraudulent users attempting to gain access using unoriginal or altered screen shots, these (screen shots) of the client area will no longer be accepted as "credible" Proof of Ownership.
This request is a very small price to pay for what you get in return, you will also know that each and every member in the Verified group and above is a licensed IPB user.

- Alternate contacts will no longer be verified, only license holders. They can download what they need and pass it along.
- If you fail to include YOUR site url in your profile area (http:// part is required also), you will not be granted access.
- This is the system that is in place, I don't need any feedback on it. Anyone speaking out against this system will be moved back into the "Members" group and may feel free to seek support and resources elsewhere. It is my business if I don't want my mods used on pirated boards.
