Custom Fields
Custom fields are the most important feature in our system, that is why we created to ways of creating custom fields
1 is for Admins to create custom fields for the sellers to fill and can be displayed on the Item View
2 is for the seller to "Create" and for the buyer to choose from while making a purchase / Checking out

Each Way of them has the ability to create 3 kinds of custom fields ( Text Input / Textarea / DropDown)
Will Give Example on both ways
The 1st way is for admins to create custom fields to be displayed while submitting an item for example "Versions"
The second way if you are a seller and you sell T-shirts you may create a custom field per item that list the available Colors / Sizes
with that you can almost sell everything using our system and require whatsoever information you need from your buyer!

Transaction Logs
Payment Auto Validation: All payments will be auto validated using our hard coded codes and the gateway API's Like PayPal for example we use the response from their server to validate the payment. now for Manual / Cheque payments Seller will have to validate them manually when they receive payments
My Outcome Outcome page is where all your payments are listed. Items you have Paid for and purchased.
My Income Income page lists all the money you have made all the items you have sold
Global Transactions This list all Logs only Admins can see it by default but you can allow certain groups to view it as well from ACP
Change status: Each seller will have the ability to change the status for their payments to Either Completed or Refunded. When a log status is changed to Completed the buyer automatically is added to the client list of that Item, where they will be able to download the item or Submit a ticket for that item. Refunded do exactly the opposite it removes the client from the item client list.

Support Tickets
We Proudly presents our BUILT-IN support ticket. No one has ever added that to any shopping system created in any version of IPB.
This basically allow a Client of an item to start a support ticket. The seller get notified with PM and link to the ticket. As soon as any reply been made to the ticket the buyer is notified with PM

My support: This is where all the tickets that requires your support are listed.
My Tickets This lists all the tickets you have submitted
Ticket Status Each ticket has an OPEN status and when they are closed it adds PREFIX to the ticket title as [CLOSED]
Ticket Replies Clients can add as many replies as they wish. You and ur clients with be notified with every reply.



Discounts
If you use the system as the sole user/ seller you can give your groups different discounts, for example your moderators!

Multi-Seller
With our system you can do a lot more than just selling your items, with the multi seller we have we allow you to charge your members a "Fixed" one time fee, as soon as they pay they will automatically be allowed to submit their items and sell them on your website!
Thats not just it, you can also allow certain groups to add their items whitout having to pay you any fees

Notification
Both Seller & Buyer will be notified if Item is bought / refunded
Complete notification for Ticket system both sellers and buyer get notified when reply is made to the ticket
2 Notification ways (Email + PMs)

FURL - SEO
The whole system is fURLed, Every Item link, category link and the custom pages links.

All Language are added to Language file which will enable you translate your system to any language.
